<p><strong>Executive Assistant to President and CEO&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; </strong></p>

<p>Position provides a broad range of complex and confidential executive support to the President/CEO.&nbsp; Position is responsible for daily office operations, scheduling for President/CEOâs office, including coordination of materials, logistics and communications for all meetings, all regular Board and Committee meetings; and other projects as assigned by the President/CEO. Executive Assistant to the President/CEO works across all departments and divisions.</p>

<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities include:</strong></p>

<ul>
&#9;<li>Communication with the Board of Directors, staff, consultants and visitors.
&#9;<li>Manage calendar and ensure the effective scheduling of the President/CEOâs time.
&#9;<li>Communicate with internal and external constituents on matters involving the President/CEO.

<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Compiling data and managing department files and records.</p>

<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Coordination of materials, logistics and communications for all regular Board and Committee meetings.</p>

<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Evaluating, selecting and scheduling facilities space, catering and logistical arrangements for all board meetings.&nbsp; Liaison with directors of vendors and service providers as needed to ensure requisite arrangements for meetings are in place.</p>

&#9;<li>Coordinate travel arrangements as needed for President/CEO and prepare expense report or provide credit card substantiation.

&#9;<li>Assist President/CEO in preparing for all Foundation committee and board meetings.
&#9;<li>Opens, sorts, and distributes mail.
&#9;<li>Maximizes President/CEO efficiency by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information
&#9;<li>Managing technology through outside IT vendor
&#9;<li>Office supplies inventory and procurement
&#9;<li>Office and Building management; collaborating with outside vendors to maintain the interior and exterior of premises.

<p><strong>Education and Experience Required: </strong>&nbsp;</p>

<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Bachelorâs degree preferred.</p>

<p>&bull;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Minimum 5+ years of job-related experience as Executive Assistant in a professional office is required.</p>

This individual will play a key role in evaluating, documenting, and improving <strong>Operational, Financial, Supply Chain, and Corporate processes</strong> within a D365 ERP environment.</p>

<p>This role requires a senior-level professional who can act as a <strong>business change agent</strong>, working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and user communities to guide process improvement, system adoption, and organizational change. Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills are essential.</p>

<h4>Change Management, Training & Adoption</h4>

&#9;<li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in Business Analysis, Business Process Engineering, or a related role.

<p>Our client is&nbsp;hiring a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO as an extension of his thinking, communication, and execution.</p>

<p>This is a highly visible, high-impact role where youâll step into technical and strategic conversations, drive alignment across leadership, and ensure key initiatives move forwardâwhether the CEO is in the room or not.</p>

<p>This is <strong>not</strong> a coordination role. Weâre looking for someone who can bring structure to ambiguity, challenge leaders, and push execution forward in a fast-moving tech environment.</p>

In this role, you will support the Finance department by performing a variety of core accounting functions, including managing schedules, completing reconciliations, and preparing routine journal entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.</p>

<p>This is a contract-to-hire position based onsite. Following the initial probationary period, a hybrid schedule will be available (3 days onsite, 2 days remote). Compensation ranges from $24â$28/hour, based on a 37.5-hour work week.</p>
