<h3><strong>Overview</strong></h3>

<p>We are seeking a <strong>Leave of Absence Specialist</strong> to manage high-volume, complex leave and accommodation cases. This role requires hands-on experience with <strong>FMLA, ADA, and the interactive process</strong>, along with the ability to balance compliance, employee support, and business needs.</p>

&#9;<li>Audit and reconcile leave data across systems; report on trends and discrepancies
&#9;<li>Utilize HRIS, vendor platforms, and <strong>Excel (pivot tables)</strong> for tracking and reporting
