Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of work experience in an institutional investment role focused on the diligence and monitoring of alternative asset investment opportunities.
• Investment Management/Banking Background
• Experience with some/all alternative investment asset classes including equity, real estate, infrastructure, and credit.
• Ability to develop independent investment analysis and proposals.
• Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
• Due diligence of investment opportunities including evaluating the merits and risks
• Preparing financial models and analysis to support investment proposals.
• Creation of Trust committee investment presentations
• Presentation of investment opportunities to the Trust committee
• Monitoring of existing Trust portfolio
• Ad-hoc analysis and presentations related to the Trust (performance analysis, etc)
• Experience with some/all alternative investment asset classes including equity, real estate, infrastructure and credit.
• Ability to develop independent investment analysis and proposals.
