Position Summary

TEWS is partnering with one of our clients to identify a Senior Business Analyst with strong ERP expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365). This individual will play a key role in evaluating, documenting, and improving Operational, Financial, Supply Chain, and Corporate processes within a D365 ERP environment.

This role requires a senior-level professional who can act as a business change agent, working closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts (SMEs), and user communities to guide process improvement, system adoption, and organizational change. Strong communication, leadership, and change management skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities

Business Process & Workflow Analysis

  • Partner with SMEs and business users to document current-state Operational, Financial, Supply Chain, and Corporate processes and workflows.
  • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and system gaps.
  • Analyze existing processes to uncover opportunities for simplification, automation, improved data quality, and efficiency gains.
  • Identify gaps between system capabilities and business needs, ensuring proposed solutions align with overall business and ERP strategy.
  • Create clear, well-organized process maps, narratives, and documentation to support redesigned workflows and business requirements.

ERP & Functional Requirements

  • Lead requirements-gathering efforts using industry-standard business analysis techniques.
  • Translate business needs into functional and business requirements within a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to support configurations, enhancements, integrations, and custom solutions where system configuration alone is insufficient.
  • Partner with other Business Analysts to ensure consistency and best practices across ERP-related initiatives.

Change Management, Training & Adoption

  • Act as a business change agent, supporting departments through ERP and process changes with clarity and structure.
  • Lead and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and user enablement activities to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes and systems.

End-User Support & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve business-impacting issues across functional areas.
  • Create and maintain Business Requirements and Design documents for system improvements and defect resolution.
  • Support escalated service desk issues related to ERP and business applications, providing timely resolution and follow-up.

Collaboration & Professionalism

  • Build strong working relationships across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and a consultative mindset in all interactions.
  • Stay current on ERP trends, tools, and best practices through ongoing learning and development.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Engineering, or a related role.
  • Hands-on ERP experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM).
  • Proven experience documenting and improving end-to-end business processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Experience with D365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
  • Background supporting ERP environments in Construction, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Building, or Land Development industries.
  • Exposure to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives.
  • Experience implementing or supporting AI-driven solutions for process improvement.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
