TEWS Company is partnering with a multi-unit restaurant group to find a strategic and data-driven Business Insights Manager. This role supports operational and financial decision-making by analyzing performance across locations and helping leadership optimize initiatives in areas like menu strategy, purchasing, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze restaurant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Build and enhance Power BI dashboards to track KPIs across units
- Collaborate with data teams to ensure reporting accuracy
- Support budgeting and forecasting with financial modeling
- Deliver recurring performance reports and insights to leadership
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and underperforming locations
- Provide decision support across operations, finance, and marketing
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–6 years of experience in financial or operational analysis
- Strong skills in Excel, Power BI, SQL, and data visualization
- Experience in restaurant or multi-unit retail operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree or CPA/CMA preferred
