Join a collaborative design team shaping the future of digital experiences for  our clients customers. As a Product Designer, you’ll contribute to the development of intuitive, engaging mobile and web interfaces that enhance vacation planning, membership management, and booking journeys.

In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with experienced designers and cross-functional partners to bring new features to life, strengthen our design system, and ensure consistency and usability across the organization's digital ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with product managers and senior designers to contribute to design workstreams focused on booking, member tools, and account management.

  • Produce user interface mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual variations aligned with brand guidelines and established UX patterns.

  • Apply the companies design system across product surfaces to ensure visual harmony, accessibility, and intuitive interactions.

  • Participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and handoff meetings to grow collaborative design skills and give/receive critique.

  • Assist with usability testing and user research by helping prepare materials, capturing notes, and synthesizing findings.

  • Maintain organized design files in Figma, ensuring components, flows, and documentation are accessible and up to date for developers and stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with QA to identify and resolve inconsistencies in design execution prior to product releases.

  • Show initiative by tackling smaller design tasks within larger projects and seeking opportunities to learn through hands-on work.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in product or UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design fundamentals.

  • Proficiency in Figma, with a desire to deepen knowledge of components, design systems, and prototyping tools.

  • Strong visual communication skills and an ability to present design ideas clearly and effectively.

  • Passion for user-centered design and a curiosity about the travel, hospitality, or digital service sectors.

  • Understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first thinking.

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing tasks independently while welcoming guidance and feedback.

  • Collaborative mindset with a desire to contribute in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field required.

  • Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
