We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner with exceptional visualization and strategic skills to join our team. This senior-level role requires a blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analysis & Product Ownership:

  • Lead the development of product strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational goals and desired business outcomes.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities that can be addressed with technology solutions.
  • Act as a strategist with the business, facilitating discussions to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.

• Visualization & Presentation:

  • Create visually compelling presentations using tools like PowerPoint and Visio to communicate complex concepts to various stakeholders, including executives.
  • Develop clear and concise documentation and use cases to support business requirements and project initiatives.

• Demand Management & Roadmapping:

  • Manage demand prioritization for technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Partner with IT teams to estimate initiatives and develop detailed product roadmaps.
  • Communicate product roadmaps and initiative statuses to senior and mid-level business partners, ensuring transparency and alignment.

• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams within IT to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business needs.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, demonstrating a strong sense of presence and credibility.
  • Support loan services by identifying technical capabilities needed to achieve business results and creating solutions that address these needs.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner with a strong track record of success.
• Expertise in visualization tools such as PowerPoint and Visio.
• Exceptional presentation skills, capable of translating complex technical information into clear, compelling presentations for executive audiences.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, use case development, and requirements gathering.
• Experience working at the front end of the demand pipeline, identifying business needs and translating them into technical solutions.
• Ability to manage demand prioritization, create initiative cases, and develop product roadmaps in collaboration with IT.
• Strong presence and ability to engage with senior business stakeholders effectively.
• Experience in loan services or financial services is a plus.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in visualization and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand technical aspects of projects and their impact on business outcomes.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working closely with engineering teams.
