Direct Hire opportunity working for a leader in the equipment distribution industry!!!
Pay: starts at $60,000 based on experience
Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm schedule
This is fully in the office just outside of downtown Orlando.

Minimum Requirements:
- Provide technical, sales, warranty, parts, and product support to dealers and end users through phone, email, messaging, and on-site field visits.
- Administer warranty programs for manufacturers, including claims processing, credits, parts failure analysis, manufacturer reporting & returns and files, and support manufacturer technical and customer service with customer issues via email, phone or dedicated CRM.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Service, Warehouse, Purchasing, Accounting, IT, and manufacturers to resolve technical issues, improve processes, enhance the dealer experience.
- Manage dealer service programs, manufacturer portals, documentation, product updates, and service records while maintaining expertise across all product lines.
- Perform equipment setup and attend various dealer open houses
