Job Description
Talent acquisition to meet company goals of recruiting, building a network within the company with all of the hiring managers regionally.
If you are hardworking, have a dynamic personality, like to travel and have 2-3 years of recruiting and or talent acquisition then this is the job for you!
This position requires 60% travel, when not traveling this will be a fully in the office position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience required.
- 2 – 3 years’ experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Proficient with applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systems.
- Strong knowledge of ATS and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews.
- Must be willing to travel to other company locations and events up to 60% of the time.
Salary: Up to $80k and is dependent on experience.
