Job Description
Our partner is seeking an energetic Executive Assistant on a contract basis.
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
In Office
$30-$35/hr, based on experience
You are:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
- 5 years of related experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Handle information in a confidential manner and interact professional with all levels of the organization
- Coordinate and arrange scheduling for calendars, meetings, interviews, global and domestic travel, accommodations, transportation.
- Screen all incoming calls and correspondence; respond independently exercising good judgment to interpret requests and distribute information appropriately
- Use expert level PowerPoint skills to prepare presentation materials for high-level internal and external executive meetings
- Maintain a wide variety of paper and electronic department files, records, and reports
- Carry out special projects as assigned; projects may include researching, gathering, compiling, and presenting data; some analysis of data may be required
- Take personal ownership of tasks to ensure all issues are addressed and resolved quickly
