Job Description
We’re seeking a qualified, motivated accounting professional who will play an integral role in this dynamic and motivated team!
Location: Central Florida, Fully ON-SITE
Pay Rate: 65-70k depending on experience
Minimum Requirements
- QuickBooks experience (online QuickBooks preferred) and Payroll Processing experience (ADP payroll processing preferred). The job is heavy in A/P, A/R, and reconciliations.
- Maintain financial records to track the organizations assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities.
- The Staff Accountant must possess strong time management and analytical skills, attention to detail, and solid communication abilities. Strong technology skills are critical.
• Bachelors degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
• At least two years of related experience required.
Required Abilities and Skills:
• Knowledge of general financial accounting.
• Construction experience (Preferred)
• Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, and accounting software, preferably QuickBooks Online.
• Experience with Payroll processing,
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
