TEWS has an exciting opportunity for a strong Product Manager with heavy marketing technology experience to join our growing cleint. We are looking for a driver and someone that has strong accountability management. As a Senior Product Manager, you will join our technical product management team to contribute your expertise in developing top-tier technology software and products. This team plays a pivotal role in shaping organization's technology strategy and operations, particularly concerning our software product offerings. You will be accountable for defining, building, and managing product capabilities to address market needs, business requirements, and customer requests. This position is both strategic and tactical, requiring leadership and influence to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Product and Feature Requirements: Develop and maintain product and feature requirements that align with the technical product roadmap and Hilton Grand Vacation’s strategic direction.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Partner with the Marketing team to define and deliver the marketing roadmap across the entire portfolio.
- Product Development: Work with architecture, user experience, and engineering teams to define product releases and oversee the entire software product development and release process.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Product Strategy, Marketing, Sales, and other business units to ensure launch readiness. Conduct product launch training, review documentation, and assist business and customer-facing teams with technology and software launch inquiries.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery and lifecycle of technology products. Draft and review documentation for software releases.
- Performance Reviews: Lead regular product and service reviews with technology leadership, maintaining key metrics such as customer counts, revenue, and churn.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Work with the product strategy team to establish go-to-market strategies, target prospective customers, and leverage competitive differentiators.
- Customer Advocacy: Represent the voice of the customer to internal stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. Regularly meet with customers and business partners to understand their needs and challenges.
- Competitive Analysis: Maintain a documented view of product competition and use data to support the development of differentiated products.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile development practices.
- Store Technology Experience: Expertise in authoring strong, differentiating requirements.
- MarTech Expertise: Strong experience in designing and building MarTech platforms.
- Digital Applications: Proficiency with digital applications, particularly Twilio and Sitecore.
- Customer Data Platforms: Experience in designing and building customer data platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze product success, identify improvement opportunities, and communicate decisions to the team.
- Detailed Requirements Analysis: Capability to identify detailed requirements across various software products to ensure successful releases.
- Quantitative Analysis: Ability to analyze quantitatively, solve problems, and scope business requirements.
- Project Management: Ability to deliver initiatives from conception through completion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Consensus Building: Ability to build consensus among stakeholders across different teams.
- Collaboration: Work with development and threat intel teams, as well as internal and external customers, to finalize and document detailed product requirements.
- Release Planning: Collaborate with development managers to outline release plans and communicate them to the organization.
- Acceptance Testing and Documentation: Clearly define requirements for acceptance testing and product documentation.
- Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and AWS.
Security Concepts: Strong understanding of security industry concepts, including security/access control, scalability, high availability, and application configuration management. - Adaptability: Ability to handle ambiguity and prioritize tasks in response to unexpected changes in priorities or requests.
