You are:
- A Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Three years of experience implementing employee development programs.
- Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) credential preferred.
- Motivated by the adult learning space, with a desire to continually seek information on the latest trends in training and development.
- Comfortable staying behind the scenes in a research role.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Articulate, Brainier, Canva and related program software.
What you will do?
This Sr. Learning & Development Specialist position assists in the development and delivery of regular open enrollment and/or team-based learning experiences serving individuals and teams from all divisions in the company. This position actively searches for, helps to creatively design, and implement effective methods of education and learning to enhance individual, team and organizational health and performance.
Essential Job Functions:
- Assist in developing and delivering regular learning programs for individuals and teams.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Learning & Development to understand the specific training objectives of various departments and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Participate hands-on in all aspects of learning programs, including curriculum development and data collection.
- Design and implement training materials utilizing various media, including video, e-learning courses, and other digital platforms.
- Conduct follow-up studies on current programs to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements where necessary.
- Stay informed of the latest developments in learning trends, theories, and technologies to enhance program offerings.
- Work collaboratively with other management teams and the Human Resources staff to support the company’s development goals.
