Job Title: Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, Sales & Marketing
Locations: Orlando, FL
Job Details:
- Full-time, in-office most days, with 10% travel.

The Senior Director, Talent Acquisition provides strategic leadership in designing and executing recruitment strategies that attract top talent. This role ensures the delivery of efficient, cost-effective, and innovative talent acquisition practices while leading a team to meet full-cycle recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement proactive, cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse, highly qualified candidate pool.
- Provide expert consultation to stakeholders on sourcing, selection, and onboarding strategies.
- Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition team to deliver outstanding recruiting services.
- Establish programs to build brand awareness and create effective recruiting sources, including social media initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment metrics, hiring activity, and expenditures to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
- Train and support hiring managers on recruitment best practices, compliance, and candidate selection.
- Collaborate with HR and operational teams to support retention efforts and align recruitment with business needs.
Qualifications:

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS).
- 7+ years of experience leading talent acquisition teams.
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience.
- Sales and marketing talent acquisition experience.
- Vacation Ownership/Timeshare experience
- Proven recruitment background in large organizations, with a focus on hospitality and sales.
- Strong analytics, communication, and relationship-building skills.
