Job Description
The top three technical pieces for this role are AWS, VMWare, and Windows knowledge. These are firm requirements.
This person will be the Systems SME for all pieces of engineering, administration, design, implementation, and support.
Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and implementing AWS components
- Maintaining cloud components to maximize uptime and minimize costs
- Safeguard security, redundancy strategies, and back up
- Ensure all components have adequate monitoring and logging to prevent outages.
- Test, configure, install, and maintain application software, system management tools, and operating systems
- At least 5 years experience as a Systems Engineer
- Windows experience
- Expertise with VMWare
- Knowledge of AWS
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
