Seeking a Dedicated and Experienced Senior Manager of Talent for Midsized Company.

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Our client is looking for a Senior Manager of Talent to join their team and lead the charge in managing the full employee life cycle. This role encompasses talent acquisition, career mapping, and performance management to ensure that the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent aligned with their mission and values.
As the Senior Manager of Talent, you will oversee and manage the entire employment cycle, lead a team of three HR professionals, and drive strategic initiatives to enhance talent management processes. This role is fully on-site and demands strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and a deep commitment to the organization's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of three HR professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Oversee the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, career mapping, and offboarding.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values.
- Manage the performance management cycle, ensuring consistent and constructive feedback, goal setting, and employee development.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring and career development plans.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including recruiters, job boards, and educational institutions.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize talent management processes.
- Provide guidance and support for employee retention initiatives and professional growth opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition strategies, and employee development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work fully on-site and collaborate effectively with in-office staff.
