What You’ll Do:

• Leverage your financial modeling skills using Argus and Excel to perform in-depth analyses.
• Collaborate with brokers, lenders, and internal teams to manage acquisitions, underwriting, and asset performance.
• Learn the ropes of reading complex agreements, deal closings, and database management for partner distributions.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, or a related field.
• Expertise in Excel, with strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive, independent, and driven professional with a knack for managing multiple projects.
• Foundational knowledge of underwriting, acquisitions, and debt sourcing (we’ll teach the rest).
