This role offers the opportunity to directly impact the company’s growth strategy by leading acquisition analysis, conducting due diligence, and providing forward-thinking insights in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
About the Role
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert for acquisition initiatives—evaluating opportunities, leading due diligence, and translating data into strategic recommendations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in analytics, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can see the story behind the numbers—rather than just following structured accounting rules.
Key Responsibilities
-
Lead and manage the end-to-end title agent acquisition process.
-
Conduct thorough M&A due diligence to assess financial and operational viability of potential targets.
-
Develop advanced financial and analytical models to evaluate scenarios, forecast performance, and support decision-making.
-
Aggregate and interpret large volumes of data, integrating market trends, competitive intelligence, and historical performance.
-
Present findings and recommendations clearly to executives and cross-functional teams.
-
Collaborate with leadership to set strategic direction and identify growth opportunities.
-
Monitor and report on key market, geographic, and competitor trends.
-
Drive process improvements in workflows, reporting, and analysis tools.
-
Participate in special projects and ad-hoc analytical requests from leadership.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or related field.
-
3+ years of hands-on M&A experience—including due diligence, financial modeling, and integration analysis.
-
Strong background in analytics; ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
-
Proven success presenting data-driven recommendations to executive leadership.
-
Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a less-structured environment.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with comfort interacting across all organizational levels.
Why This Role Stands Out
This is a high-impact, strategic position where you’ll shape the future of the business through acquisitions and data-driven decision-making. You’ll join a collaborative team that values innovation, insight, and results.
