Location: East Orlando (Includes Travel)
Salary: $180,000 + Bonus Package

Our client is seeking a Senior Director of HR to shape company culture, develop talent, and lead HR initiatives that drive business success.
About the Role
As the Senior Director of HR, you will oversee Learning & Development and HR business partner functions, driving strategic programs that align with company goals. You will build a culture of continuous learning, strengthen HR support across multiple locations, and provide direct HR leadership at the Oviedo, FL office. This role involves travel to various company locations to ensure alignment and engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Learning & Development Leadership: Drive company-wide learning and development strategies, including leadership programs and organizational development initiatives.
- HR Business Partnerships: Manage remote HR leaders to foster a positive, compliant, and cohesive work environment.
- Employee Engagement: Champion company culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Generalist Support: Oversee HR functions at the Oviedo location, including workforce planning, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Collaboration: Partner with HR leadership to align HR processes and talent strategies for maximum efficiency.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing talent development and HR business partnerships.
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
- Proven Leadership: Experience managing HR teams across multiple locations and implementing talent programs.
- Passion for People: A strong commitment to fostering a great workplace and driving employee engagement.
