*Our growing partner is seeking a candidate who has a strong foundation of Benefits knowledge for their Senior Benefits Specialist position. *
$60k-$70k, based on knowledge and experience + Company Profit Sharing Plan!

You are:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three (3) years of Benefits Administration experience
- One (1) year of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, LOA, Workers Comp and Benefits Administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Benefits Administration system
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Implements, administers, and communicates programs including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, voluntary programs, wellness, FSA, EAP, COBRA, leave of absence, etc.
- Manages relationships with brokers, consultants, insurers, and vendors to ensure timely customer service and accurate cost-effective plan administration.
- Provides exceptional customer service to internal and external customers and acts as a contact for applicable benefits related questions.
- Track FMLA usage, eligibility, claims, and HAS’s (ADP/Payroll).
- Reviews and reconciles monthly premium billings.
- Prepares file feeds working with carriers and ADP.
- Identifies strategies to improve employee communication, education regarding the benefit programs and ongoing marketing of Benefits.
