Looking for a high energy, dependable, Administrative Associate for the sales department of a growing organization located in the East Orlando area, near UCF.
Do you have the following skills and experience?
2+ years of experience in an administrative role
Accurate and fast data entry skills
Experience with database management
Proficient with MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel
Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills is a must
Experience in an administrative role in a sales department preferred
High School diploma required, Associate degree a plus
Clear criminal background required
Working in conjunction with the Vice President of Sales and sales team, this multi-faceted role provides administrative support in the areas of research, reporting, and data entry/database maintenance.
Upload of essential documents into computer system.
Communicate with vendors.
Register participants for orientation classes and ensure each participant is prepared, has accurate documentation, and aware of the start date and orientation procedure.
Monitors details in the Vendor Management System (VMS).
Tracks vendor contract processing to ensure all contracts are properly filed.
Update accounts in a master binder.
Completes weekly reports and provide to VP of Sales.
Manages and facilitates weekly ‘TOP GOAL’ memo distribution.
Backup for the front desk associate as needed.
Work hours are Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Starting annual salary range is $36,000 to $38,500.
