We’re growing and looking to add a resourceful and results-driven recruiting coordinator to our dynamic recruiting team on a 2 month contract basis.


Position Summary

The recruiting coodriantor plays a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying top-tier talent to support our recruiters and hiring managers. This is a high-impact role where you'll leverage sourcing tools, social media, and proactive outreach to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future openings.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand job requirements and define sourcing strategies

  • Proactively identify qualified candidates through resume databases, Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social platforms, job boards, ATS/CRM systems, and other sources

  • Build and maintain a pipeline of passive and active candidates across multiple functions and industries

  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate screening to assess interest, availability, and basic qualifications

  • Engage candidates and nurture relationships to keep them warm for future opportunities

  • Maintain detailed and accurate sourcing activity reports in the ATS or CRM

  • Stay up to date on industry trends and sourcing best practices

  • Support diversity sourcing initiatives to ensure inclusive candidate slates


Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or related roles (staffing agency experience preferred)

  • Proficiency with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and resume databases

  • Strong research skills and ability to think creatively when identifying talent

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Tech-savvy with experience in using ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
