$21-$25 an hour | Fully Onsite
TEWS Company is partnering with a well-established organization known for its strong culture, collaborative team environment, and commitment to developing talent. We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator who is eager to learn, highly organized, and excited to build hands-on recruiting experience.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Support recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Maintain candidate records and track hiring activity within the ATS
- Post job openings to various job boards and internal platforms
- Assist with candidate outreach and onboarding coordination
- Help ensure a positive, professional experience for every candidate
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of recruiting coordination, recruiting assistant, or talent acquisition experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Paycom experience is a plus)
