Pay: $24–$26/hr
Estimated Contract Length: 3+ months with option to extend
We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-volume administrative and operational support to a Talent Acquisition team.
This is a behind-the-scenes support role ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a structured recruiting coordination capacity.

We are seeking a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to provide high-volume administrative and operational support to a Talent Acquisition team.
This is a behind-the-scenes support role ideal for someone highly organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a structured recruiting coordination capacity.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple calendars and time zones (phone screens, panels, final rounds)
- Support resume sourcing and screening to build candidate shortlists as directed
- Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline movement in the ATS (iCIMS preferred)
- Post, update, and manage job requisitions across job boards and internal systems
- Assist with offer paperwork, onboarding documentation, and background check tracking
- Provide status updates and pipeline reporting support for the TA Lead
- Manage routine candidate communications related to scheduling and logistics
- Support general recruiting operations and administrative tasks as needed
- 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, sourcing, or high-volume administrative support
- Strong calendar management skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with an ATS (iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.) preferred
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a structured support role with clear boundaries
