$20-$25/per hour, depending on experience

You are:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associates Degree (AA) or a minimum of two (2) years of experience in Human Resources or Recruitment related function preferred.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment systems.
- Strong working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communications skills.
What you will do?
Essential Job Functions:
- Create and share reports and presentations on application status and requisitions
- Process applications, update statuses, and forward to hiring departments
- Prepare and document recruitment meeting agendas
- Assist in managing the applicant tracking system
- Help with job postings and advertisements
- Maintain recruitment templates and materials
- Collaborate during the offer process
- Screen and select candidates for hiring managers
- Schedule and manage interviews
- Ensure legal compliance and company policies
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting sessions
