REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma required; Undergraduate degree in Human Resources preferred Professional HR certification required.
- 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Sourcing and social media recruiting experience required
- Strong knowledge of OFCCP Compliance strongly desired
- Knowledge of OFCCP Compliance, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), and ADAAA
- Familiarity with multi-state labor laws
- Experience in developing recruiting strategies
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract top candidates for open positions
- Understand current workforce skills and anticipate future hiring needs to maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Efficiently source quality candidates within specified time frames and manage a continuous pool of applicants
- Respond to inquiries regarding positions and assist applicants throughout the application process
- Contact applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, manage their journey through the selection process, and keep them engaged
- Identify, attract, engage, and qualify potential candidates while promoting our brand to maintain candidate interest
- Utilize job boards like Indeed and LinkedIn to maintain an up-to-date and diverse candidate pool
- Evaluate the effectiveness of current recruiting strategies and recommend improvements to enhance performance
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal staffing and hiring regulations
- Prepare and extend verbal job offers to candidates in alignment with company policies
- Generate staffing reports as needed and manage daily updates to the talent plan
