Great opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Candidate!

Company just West of Downtown is seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to answer phones and greet guests.  The person will also execute routine administrative assignments and maintain office supply inventory.

Essential Functions:

- Handle phone calls.  Answer the phone in a professional and courteous manner.  Transfer calls as needed. 

- Greet guests in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain and log employment applications.

- Distribute Mail

- Maintain inventory, order and deliver office supplies.

- Create purchase orders for proper payment processing of office supplies.

- Assist the HR Department in various tasks as assigned.

- Support other departments in performing general clerical duties as assigned.


- One year of prior receptionist or office experience preferred.

- Minimum high school graduate

- Bilingual in English/Spanish

- Knowledge of MS Office
