Overview:
Are you a friendly and organized individual looking for a temporary opportunity to shine? One of our timeshare clients is seeking a Receptionist to be the welcoming face of their Miami corporate headquarters during the holiday season! This role is the first point of contact for their visitors and callers, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-guided. Join us from December 16th to January 2nd, and bring your positive energy to a dynamic team environment!
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Exceptional friendly personality and a professional demeanor.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Comfort with routine tasks and a willingness to engage in slower-paced work.
- Ideally, bilingual in Spanish (not mandatory).
Nice to Have Skills:
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience.
- Familiarity with email handling and telecommunication etiquette.
- Ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously with grace.
Other Requirements:
- Availability to work all days except Christmas Day and New Year’s Day during the temp period.
- Dress code is business casual.
