Project Manager – AV Systems Integration

Location: Las Vegas, NV | Hybrid
Travel: 20–30%+; extended site visits may be required
Schedule: Full-Time

The Opportunity

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex audio/visual systems integration projects from kickoff through completion. This role will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, safety, and customer relationships while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AV integration projects, including scope, schedules, budgets, procurement, and project communications.
• Coordinate Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication, Installation, customers, and third-party resources.
• Manage project risks, issues, change orders, quality, and profitability.
• Oversee project teams and subcontractors while ensuring safety and compliance on job sites.
• Coordinate system programming, final checkout, punch lists, training, turnover, and closeout documentation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide consistent project updates to management.
• Travel to project sites as needed, with flexibility for extended stays when projects require additional support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management and/or team leadership experience; AV, construction, technology, or related industry preferred.
• Strong knowledge of AV, video, lighting, and low-voltage electrical projects.
• Experience working on construction sites and with technical, contractual, and construction documents.
• Understanding of project budgets, margins, revenue, and financial variances.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
• Ability to read AutoCAD and understand system design preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma required; degree in business, construction management, engineering, or AV/technology preferred.
• PMP and/or AVIXA CTS certification preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel 20–30%+, including extended site visits when needed.
