- Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and related platform products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.
- Knowledge of Salesforce development and automation tools, such as Flow, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and SOQL. Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and other 3rd party products used for functionality such as document generation, electronic signature, surveys, form builders, etc
- Required Industry certifications for Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I
- Preferred industry certifications for Salesforce: Salesforce Certified App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience
- Develop, test, document, and implement high quality learning system applications on time that perform according to specifications and requirements documents
- Analyze performance of programs and takes action to correct deficiencies
- Develop and adhere to development standards that allow for the maintainability of code in a manner that supports team development
- Participate in the modification of software applications or architecture to resolve issues and plan for future growth
- Participate in code reviews and meetings as necessary
- Provide a minimum of weekly status report updates for current projects
- Develop and manage effective working relationships with other departments, groups and personnel with whom work must be coordinated or interfaced
- Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as, meeting deadlines, honoring schedules, coordinating resources and meetings in an effective and timely manner, and demonstrate respect for others.
