TEWS has an immediate need for a Payroll Administrator for the corporate headquarters of our client based in Orlando. Prior payroll exposure or experience is preferred but not required. This is an entry level role with potential to go full-time with the client in the future.
We are looking for someone with the following:
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid research & administrative skills
- Data entry skills - high level of accuracy
- Payroll experience, knowledge or exposure a plus
- Research and resolve time card discrepancies.
- Identify and address timekeeping errors, such as missed punches.
- Gather information from leaders or HR partners to correct timecard errors for accurate associate payment.
- Perform additional tasks as needed.
- Ensure attention to detail with strong follow-up and time management skills.
- Handle pressure and meet deadlines effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service through clear communication.
- Knowledge of time and attendance systems (e.g., Kronos, Work Force Management) is a plus.
- Proficient in computer use, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
