*Our civil litigation partner is seeking a confident PARALEGAL! *

In Office
$70k-$85k, based on experience

You are:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Paralegal Certificate, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4+ years of litigation law firm experience
- Familiarity with client billing guidelines and accurate billing entry
- Strong attention to detail, diligence, and motivation
- Ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and exercise independent judgment
- Proficiency in learning new technology and processes
- Willingness to travel nationwide for trial support if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, edit, and proofread legal documents, including correspondence, agreements, and pleadings
- Support attorneys in managing litigation, ensuring case progression, and providing timely updates
- Assist with discovery, including drafting requests, coordinating depositions, and issuing subpoenas
- Conduct document review and analysis using legal technology platforms
- Manage electronic case files using document management systems (e.g., iManage)
- Prepare for trial, including compiling materials, coordinating witnesses, handling exhibits, and attending trial
**Other Requirements:**
- Position is in-office, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a specified lunch break.
- Compliance with a billable requirement of 1,800 hours per year.
