A real estate company in College Park is looking for an Office Administrator/Marketing Assistant. This person will help with marketing and brochures - InDesign experience is a must! 

  • First point of contact for clients, in-person and on the phone.
  • Maintain the listing and transaction paperwork for the office.
  • Assist with marketing for listings and the office.
  • Order office supplies, anticipate needs
  • Coordinate agent weekly meetings
  • Update website content

Minimum Requirements

  • Effective written and spoken communication
  • MS Office skills
  • Adobe InDesign (Creative)
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
