Job Description
*Our elegant partner is seeking a high-end OFFICE MANAGER.*
In office near downtown Orlando
Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
$48k-$52k, based on experience
401k
You are:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, order processing, administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to represent the company positively.

What you will do?
- Review and process all vendor invoices, including service and manufacturer bills
- Match manufacturer invoices to purchase orders and resolve billing discrepancies
- Enter outbound checks into system
- Post customer payments, prepare daily deposits, and reconcile credit card settlements
- Support owner and sales team with administrative tasks and client materials
- Answer phones and assist customers with billing, orders, deliveries, and product info
- Maintain accurate records of POs, invoices, and communications
- Use QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office to manage day-to-day tasks
