Job Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Support
- Perform data entry, ticket matching, and invoice processing.
- Input invoices into the accounting system with accuracy.
- Assist in managing subcontractor lien waivers and ensure compliance.
- Maintain insurance certificate logs and follow up on renewals.
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager for training and process alignment.
Office Management
- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; place orders as needed.
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
Qualifications
- Required: Experience in the construction industry.
- Prior experience in office management and/or accounts payable preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
