*Our financial investment partner is seeking an energetic Office Administrator.*

Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
In office
Generous Benefits Package and PTO Policy
$50k-$70k, based on experience

You are:
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: 3-5 years minimum
  • Excellent people skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Excellent organization and communication (written & verbal) skills
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills

Our partner is an SEC-registered institutional investment advisor based in Orlando, FL. It is a nationally recognized firm specializing in advising institutional clients. The firm focuses on directing risk-controlled investment programs for defined benefit and defined contribution retirement plans, operating funds, endowments and foundations, and private trusts and individuals.

What you will do?
The Office Administrator is a generalist position running an office with broad responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have strong organizations skills, task oriented, excellent communicator, analytical problem solving skills and the ability to build client and vendor relationships.  This candidate will also have the Human Resources responsibilities for the firm as the liaison for all benefits and HR reporting with all employees.
