Global Organization is looking for an Office Administrator who has a Bachelor’s degree and is adept with budgets and invoicing.
Office is located in the Maitland Center Office complex
Work hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm
Health insurance available after 90 days
Covering for Maternity Leave (4+ months) with a strong possibility to become a permanent position!
Maintain budget records
Invoice coding and processing
Support the preparation of budget and invoice reconciliations
Monitor/manage vendor payment inquiries
Research unpaid invoices
Research, pull back-up and prepare transmittals for payment corrections
Coordinate new vendor set up
Financial file documentation – record keeping, placing documents in the proper storage areas, etc.
Ensure W-9's and/or other relevant financial documents are received and entered into the appropriate system
