Job Description
Customer Service Representative Needed!
Pay Range: $21- $22 hour (based on experience)
Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: Fully in-office
What You’ll Do:
- Manage patient intakes and verify insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, private pay).
- Coordinate paperwork and services for medical and respiratory equipment.
- Communicate with patients, caregivers, and referral sources.
- Process forms, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
- Keep accurate records and assist with office tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.
- Knowledge of insurance verification a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Help patients get care at home.
