Director, Regional Operations & Strategy

Location: Baltimore, MD Area

We're looking for an experienced, results-driven leader to oversee and elevate operations across a network of healthcare centers in the Baltimore region. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing day-to-day performance, strategy execution, and team development across approximately 10 facilities, directly impacting patient care and business outcomes.

This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-centered environment. You’ll be accountable for team engagement, operational efficiency, and the financial performance of a region generating $30–$50 million in annual revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of over 200 employees across multiple centers, including 10–12 direct reports

• Drive operational improvements and ensure high-quality care standards across all sites

• Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring budget targets and performance metrics are met

• Identify growth opportunities within the region and execute strategies to expand service reach

• Partner with internal stakeholders to align regional efforts with broader organizational goals

• Foster a collaborative, accountable culture across all centers

• Regularly analyze KPIs and implement data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus

• Prior experience managing multi-site operations in a service-oriented or healthcare environment

• Proven ability to lead at scale—200+ team members and significant operational scope

• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and developing field leaders

• Strong financial acumen and comfort with managing multi-million dollar budgets

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across diverse teams

Work Expectations

• Approximately 50% travel to regional locations

• 25% in-office presence
