Tews Company is recruiting on behalf of a national healthcare organization for a temporary Front Desk Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and eager to support patients.

If you have experience in healthcare, —you’ll play an important role in ensuring patients receive the services they need.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate documentation and service setup for medical equipment and healthcare services.

• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service.

• Prepare and process required documentation such as invoices and delivery paperwork.

• Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with company standards.

• Assist with walk-in patient requests and provide technical support for equipment needs.

• Support office operations including monitoring supplies and processing reports.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (required).

• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

• Knowledge of medical terminology or durable medical equipment is a plus.
