Temporary Customer Service Representative – Home Healthcare Intake & Insurance Verification Needed!

Tews Company is hiring a temporary Customer Service Representative for a medical client in home healthcare, with the potential to become permanent.

Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Location: Fully in-office

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage patient intakes and verify insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, private pay).

  • Coordinate paperwork and services for medical and respiratory equipment.

  • Communicate with patients, caregivers, and referral sources.

  • Process forms, invoices, and delivery paperwork.

  • Keep accurate records and assist with office tasks.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.

  • Knowledge of insurance verification a plus.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
