TEWS has a client in heavy growth and acquisition mode looking for a Network Manager. This is a hands on position. The ideal candidate will come from a lead role and ready to move into management or be in a current hands on network management role.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT Operations department and ensure that all systems and networks operate smoothly and securely.
- Manage IT Operations staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance.
- Maintain a high level of system availability and customer service
- Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems.
- Hands-on support for LAN, WAN, Microsoft 365, Windows servers, PCs, phones.
- Preserve assets, information security, and control structures.
- Maintain an understanding of business strategies and technology support requirements.
- Ensure the organization's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage IT procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
- Maintain, monitor and troubleshoot network-based services: File and Print services, Email, Active Directory, DHCP/DNS/WINS, and Group Policy
- Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Thorough knowledge of networks and cloud computing
- Able to exercise independent judgement and take action on it.
- Logical and efficient, with keen attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- BS or BA degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Microsoft heavy technology environment.
- Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, and systems to effectively manage and troubleshoot issues.
- Experience with managed IT Services
- Advanced skills in troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining devices in a Windows networked environment, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS.
- Ability to setup and troubleshoot wireless networks.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Active Directory, Entra ID, Exchange Admin, Intune, Windows Server, Meraki, Veeam, Five9.
- Ability to occasionally work non-standard hours
- Work with vendors in the process of troubleshooting escalated incidents
- Level 3 support for all end-user applications.
- Administering software/hardware updates and upgrades to Server, PC, mobile device hardware and software support.
- Maintenance of the business software applications
- Support for all end-user applications.
- Support mobile workforce devices including Android tablets, Windows tablets, and iPads
- Onsite and remote technical support in Windows Environment
- Responsible for protecting the Company’s data and IT infrastructure against cyber threats.
- Responsible for maintaining a safe workplace and ensuring that safety is the highest priority in the workplace.
- Responsible for special projects as requested by management and other duties/ responsibilities as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
