Temporary Customer Service Representative Needed For National Healthcare Organization!
$17–19/hour | Fully Onsite | Temporary Position
Tews Company is recruiting on behalf of a national healthcare organization for a temporary Customer Service Representative. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and eager to support patients by coordinating care and verifying insurance information.
If you have experience in healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification—and thrive in a fast-paced environment—you’ll play an important role in ensuring patients receive the services they need.
What You’ll Do

Manage patient intake and verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).

Coordinate documentation and service setup for medical equipment and healthcare services.

Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service.

Prepare and process required documentation such as invoices and delivery paperwork.

Maintain accurate and organized records in compliance with company standards.

Assist with walk-in patient requests and provide technical support for equipment needs.

Support office operations including monitoring supplies and processing reports.
What You Bring

High school diploma or GED (required).

Experience in healthcare, insurance verification, or medical billing (preferred).

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Knowledge of medical terminology or durable medical equipment is a plus.
