About the Role

In this role, you'll oversee the full billing cycle—from pre-bill edits to final invoice submission. You'll work closely with attorneys and internal teams to ensure billing accuracy, compliance with client guidelines, and timely processing through electronic billing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and prepare pre-bills using Aderant, Prebill Viewer, and related tools

• Generate and submit detailed client invoices

• Ensure invoices meet billing guidelines and include required documentation

• Submit invoices via eBilling platforms (e.g., eBilling Hub, BillBlast)

• Resolve billing issues, including rejections and appeals

• Respond to internal and client billing inquiries

• Support special billing projects and generate ad hoc reports

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of legal billing experience in a law firm or professional services setting

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

• Familiarity with Aderant, Elite 3E, eBilling Hub, or BillBlast preferred

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
