Growing organization with offices in the South Orlando area has an opening for a Learning & Development Manager!

Job Summary: Assess and identify organizational development needs to drive appropriate training initiatives. Implement, track and monitor various learning and training programs.  As a direct influencer of the company culture, this role creates and delivers employee learning programs.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education requirements:

  1. Experience with HRIS systems and Learning Management Systems
  2. Bachelor’s degree in HR or Education or closely related field
  3. 6+ years of experience in a Learning & Development role
  4. Experience with conducting needs assessments, interpreting information for recommending action
  5. Have strong leadership qualities with an ability to influence a cross-functional team
  6. Ability to drive programmatic change initiatives
  7. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as within a team with a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability
