We are seeking a skilled JIRA Subject Matter Expert to design, implement, and maintain workflows within JIRA. This contractor will be responsible for gathering requirements, creating boards, building workflows, and implementing automations to optimize team operations.The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver with expertise in JIRA configuration, customization, and reporting, and is comfortable collaborating remotely on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities:
- Capture and analyze workflow requirements from stakeholders.
- Design and implement JIRA boards, workflows, and automations.
- Optimize reporting and dashboards for performance tracking.
- Provide technical support and training as needed.
- Proven experience as a JIRA Administrator or SME.
- Strong understanding of JIRA team-managed projects, workflows, automations and reporting.
- Adept at documenting process flows with visualizations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and remote collaboration skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and independently as a contractor.
