Full-time Hours: Day or Evening Evening Shifts
The Systems role will manage the setup, maintenance, and support of inventory management systems, ensuring seamless operations and accuracy across all platforms. This role will collaborate with various departments to address inventory challenges and drive improvements in system processes. We are looking for an individual with a mix of technical skills coupled with a strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, adaptability, and teamwork
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain inventory systems, interfaces, and departmental procedures.
- Support resort and inventory stakeholders by resolving inventory-related issues.
- Manage annual inventory processes, such as club points tables, season rates, and refurbishment schedules.
- Oversee systematic inventory processes in property management, including segment release rules, waitlist management, and resort setup.
- Partner with IT and technical teams to enhance system functionality and reporting.
- Manage security access, ADA data, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate inventory synchronization across systems and troubleshoot as needed.
- Perform ad hoc projects as assigned by leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but open to combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and intermediate Excel proficiency
