Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

 

In the office

 

Contract through the end of 2024

 

$17-$18/hour, depending on experience

  • A strong working knowledge of Salesforce and the Microsoft Office Suite.

What you will do?

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and partner details through Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate project fulfillment.
  • Follow fulfillment process to ensure that the final product meets or exceeds product requirements and end-user expectations.
  • Day to Day Operational Activities:
    • Install HUB software, assuring functionality prior to shipping.
    • Package HUB and create shipping labels. Review shipping and receiving documents for accuracy.
    • Pull any defective or broken HUBs from inventory and report any discrepancies in deliveries.
    • Receive store deliveries and assist in unloading inventory from delivery truck.
    • Organize inventory in stock room, filing all delivery and inventory receipts.
    • Use inventory software to keep track of order and returns. Provide detailed inventory reports regarding broken or missing hub items and ensure that stock room is clean and well organized.
    • Move and restructure organization of stockroom to make space for new inventory.
  • Develop business relationships with suppliers (FedEx) and other departments.
  • Keep communication lines open with management reporting on key data such as inventory levels, supply chain progress, and procedural efficiency.
