Full-Time Technical Systems Support Role
TEWS has an exciting opportunity for an IT Systems Technician. This role is responsible for providing technical support to the staff for all IT hardware and software solutions. Responsibilities include management of IT assets as well as administrative tasks in Active Directory,  Office365, and Cisco phone system. Additionally, there will be interaction with staff and leadership to understand business needs and align technical solutions.  
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk support  
  • Provisioning and maintenance of IT assets  
  • Active Directory administration  
  • Office365 administration  
  • Cisco Collaboration (Call Manager, Unity, WebEx)  
  • Print systems administration  
  • Systems software management  
  • Facilitate support from third party service providers for applications  
  • Performs other duties and special projects as directed  
  • Minimum 1-year help desk and deskside support experience in a corporate environment  providing on-premises and remote support  
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office products  
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn  
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management, internal  
  • and external customers, operational groups, as well as outside parties  
  • Ability to synthesize complex and diverse information  
  • Solid interpersonal skills, technically curious and self-motivated  
  • Ability to meet and exceed expectations in a deadline-oriented environment  
  • IT asset management experience preferred
  • Jira Service Desk experience preferred
  • Active Directory experience preferred  
  • Office365 administration experience preferred  
  • Cisco Collaboration experience preferred  
  • Lenovo hardware experience preferred
