What You Bring:
- Fluent in English & Spanish (verbal and written)
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- 401k plan experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and tech skills (Salesforce & Excel are a plus)
- Willingness to earn the Retirement Plan Fundamentals (RPF) certification within the first year
